I launched Flicker Consulting to make it possible for more organizations to access affordable and effective strategy, planning, and fundraising support.

 

Specializing in corporate and institutional giving strategy, I have built and led development teams to success, providing executive-level development leadership at organizations, and developing and implementing development strategies aligned to ambitious organizational goals. 

 

I have led and supported effective and impactful strategic planning and new program development for state-level organizations over the course of my career. I am happy to work with you in all phases of strategic change - from research to implementation.

 

I have experience winning awards as large as $20M, and writing complex, multi-year applications that support evolving and impactful work.
